Dr. Rabbi Zia was born and raised in Chittagong, Bangladesh. His family moved to New York when he was 13 years old.
Dr. Zia received his M.S. in Biochemistry with a Business Administration minor from Stony Brook University. For two years, he worked as an Analytical Chemist at a pharmaceutical company in New York before attending medical school.
Dr. Zia received his M.D. from Ross University School of Medicine where he met his wife, Lisa. They moved to Las Vegas in 2012 where they attended the University of Nevada School of Medicine Pediatric Residency together.
Dr. Zia joined the Desert Valley Pediatrics family in 2015. He loves spending time with his two young children, traveling, working out, and is an avid foodie.
