Please note that you will be charged a deposit of $50.00 to reserve your slot for Saturday appointments. In the event that you miss the appointment without prior notice to cancel, the $50.00 deposit becomes non-refundable and applied to a NO SHOW fee. This fee cannot be charged to your insurance.
After your appointment, the $50.00 will be refunded on the next business day. Note that any amount due at the visit will be deducted.
No-Shows
Please cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to avoid any no-show fees. Every missed appointment means a missed opportunity for another patient.
