David Blank, MD

About

Dr. David Blank earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from UCLA and his medical degree from Loyola Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. He completed his internship and residency at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. Dr. Blank is Board Certified in Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Blank moved to Las Vegas in 1994 and is licensed to practice medicine in California and Nevada. He has been a physician with Desert Valley Pediatrics since 1999 where he tries to make every patient and parent feel that are being heard. Dr.Blank believes part of his job is reassuring parents that they really are doing a great job raising their kids. He takes great care to make sure that he monitors not only his patients’ physical health at each visit, but also their emotional and psychosocial well-being that can contribute to their overall physical health as well.

Dr. Blank is a trove of parenting tips, as he and his wife have together navigated raising their 5 children, including a set of twins. In his spare time, Dr. Blank enjoys time with the family, playing tennis, chess, and spending time with the family cats and dogs.
